MEAS plans, operates, and manages Beirut International Airport's incoming information call center around the clock. We handle a growing variety of customer contacts by providing them with all kinds of information services such as:

  • Departure flights schedules
  • Arrival flights schedule
  • Late or early departing or arriving flights

Our services can be grouped mainly under two categories. The first of which is providing information and the second is dispatching information calls.

In addition, MEAS operates a maintenance help desk 24 hours a day. Specialized staff are dedicated to log any kind of reported defects, malfunctions, or dissatisfaction. Such calls are directly dispatched to the concerned parties for appropriate action.
